Kastra Design – Shipping & Delivery

For products that take time to be supplied/produced, the delivery time to the cargo is as specified in the product details or 20/30 business days.
You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery. 
In order for the product delivery to be carried out without delay, please provide the address of your location as the delivery address 
during the day. Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order.

After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 20/62 (average 25) business days. 
You can consult our customer representative and discuss different delivery terms. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey .

Please note!
Open and check the packages you think are damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received the delivery from. If you think there is any damage to the product, a report will be drawn up with the cargo company and do not accept the product. 
Once the product is received, it is deemed that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty. 

If the product is damaged: Send the report you have prepared to our WhatsApp line 0507 284 0000 as soon as possible or report the situation to  bilgi@kastra.com.tr . If you carry out these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
